We understand that an oil mishap is extremely frustrating and would love to be able to eliminate the odor completely. Unfortunately that takes time which is precisely why we kept the vehicle long enough to have it detailed multiple times as well as to complete your recall as you requested. We wish you the best in the future and hope you enjoy the experience at your dealership of choice.
