I’ve had my 2020 Ascent in service for the same issue 9 or 10 times now. They can’t figure out what’s causing it and now just want to give the car back to me without finding the issue or fixing it. My car is still having issues & I can't miss any more work. Been in the shop twice. They also replaced items that did nit need replaced bc they were new when i got the car. Staff were fantastic and explained the service process well. They made sure to keep me informed and provide updates. They ensured I knew my options and had okay'd a course of action prior to them doing an well. They made sure to keep me informed and provide updates.
