I have recently purchased a Camry and Tundra from this store. Both experiences were excellent and will be back to buy more vehicles from them. While there, both times, I witnessed multiple shoppers walk o store. Both experiences were excellent and will be back to buy more vehicles from them. While there, both times, I witnessed multiple shoppers walk out without sitting down to discuss terms. Negotiation is part of buying a car and it was interesting to watch customers walk out thinking there are a abundance of vehicles out there. The sales consultants and managers were easy to work with. Finance answered all of my questions and I left twice feeling I received a fair deal on both vehicles in a market of markups and addendums. More

There are non-negotiable add-ons to the total price of the car that are not listed online. The quoted price at the dealership was approximately ~$3,000 more than the price listed before tax. If you see a car you like online and are interested in it make sure you get a breakdown of the final price before you make the journey. In case you are curious, the add-ons are ZGuard and LoJack - I suggest researching these on your own before talking to the dealership. Also look at financing through your own bank or through another party. The rate I was quoted added over $2000 to the price of the car. So once you add taxes, fees, registration, and the dealer fee you are looking at a massive increase in cost. More

Service advisor admitted to me they didn't have techs or diagnostic equipment to repair my car, he suggested I take the car to GM or Buick if I had any more problems AFTER they replaced an exploded vacuu or diagnostic equipment to repair my car, he suggested I take the car to GM or Buick if I had any more problems AFTER they replaced an exploded vacuum pump, 2 days later the vehicle was on a flatbed to another dealer for turbo, intercooler and numerous other parts. Why it wasn't taken to a GM or Buick dealer in the first place is beyond me. Now, the warranty company is out over $3600 and I'm out $2000 because they didn't know and aren't "equipped". More
Terrible, very poor service. False advertising. We booked an appointment for a test drive and after driving one hour to get there we were told by the manager we could not test dr False advertising. He said he could only help us if we wanted to buy and he could give us a deal but how can you buy a car without being allowed to test drive it. We will not be buying a Toyota after that service. They should not have let us book a test drive of they were not going to allow us to drive it. That is shameful, bad business. More
