Buyer beware. Your deposit on a vehicle you do not have yet is nonrefundable no matter what happens. Their minimum deposit is $1000 that they will keep if you change your mind. Then if you get them to agree to refund your money they turn around and say the MSRP price that you were quoted will increase because they can do that they said. Jacob Derlaga was great to deal with when purchasing our new 2021 Rav4 but I do have to say that he was definitely better the 2nd time around when we went back to do the actual purchase. We would give 5 stars to salesperson Lee Ann K. She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She came in on her day off when we wanted to buy the car to show us how to use all the features and make sure w friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. The finance manager, Sophia B., was also patient and knowledgeable as we took our time completing and reviewing all the paperwork. A couple things we didn't like about the dealership itself was the $4995 dealer mark up, which we did get lowered after some negotiation. We also didn't like not having the option to refuse the Z guard and Autotrace since they were already applied to the car. These two add-ons were also not reflected on the website price, so the car was actually a couple thousand more than advertised. A positive was we were able to use our own outside financing. Since this was our ideal car, we were willing to pay a little more for it in this difficult market with limited inventory. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider buying through Zeigler again mainly because of Lee Ann. More

I asked the guy if they were getting in the new Tundra, and pricing, and he said anything coming in was spoken for. And any Tundra coming from this Ziegler dealership was selling for $10,000 over MSRP. I won't give this place one iota of my attention. Tundras are "hot", I'll grant you that. Don Jacobs Toyota is selling them at MSRP (and they have 2 extra years of maintenance included with EVERYTHING they sell). Kenosha Toyota is selling them $300 under MSRP (but no extra maintenance). Racine Toyota is a joke to me, and they should know their competition better - maybe they wouldn't be such JERKS! My wife was with me - she saw the whole thing. Adios Ziegler Toyota! I just ordered a Tundra - from somebody else! More

I was constantly kept up to date regarding time for repairs, pricing, etc. Pricing was extremely fair, as well! I will definitely return to this location for future repairs/maintenance.
