Wonderful Staff! Sales to Service Services Team:I have always been fond of Linda, and Joel's attention to detail in the service department. Sales Team: Colt was excellent, from the cold call through out the full sales cycle. Even the financial questions on the fly that I had he was great at answering and confirming my questions. I was originally purchasing a Silver 4Runner and after all the paperwork just could not walk out with out the Red one! So they made it happen. Financial Manager Jake to everyone on the team helped with the quick change of sale. Colt mentioned that this is not the first time it has happened which put me at ease since I was so embarrassed. Watching 4 people switch show room floor vehicles to accommodate rolling mine the Red one out the door, and bringing the silver one in was so wonderful! Everyone worked together, another salesman ran the 4 runner to the back while we re-did paperwork. Someone else was wiping down the silver 4 runner and making sure it was dry from the rain, one salesman was cleaning the water off the floor, a team in action. Once the silver one came in a woman working with a different salesman started to look over the 4Runner! At the end of the day a very pleased return customer. I was actually looking at changing vehicle lines do to the fact that it is 45 min drive to Racine for me. However I really like my 4Runner and since it had been only serviced there , all 5 years of ownership it shows my dedication to the service as well. I look forward to continuing to work with your teams. More

Jonathan ; Excellent Rep, Excellent Experience My wife and I were originally looking into a 2020 Subaru Impreza Sport but every single financing door was being slammed in our face so I went after w My wife and I were originally looking into a 2020 Subaru Impreza Sport but every single financing door was being slammed in our face so I went after work to a local Toyota Dealership Racine Toyota of course and I met Jonathan. Very knowledgeable I tried a few cars and took one back for my wife to see and try, she shot it down said nah let's go back to the dealership and see what else they have. It just so happened based on her needs for a vehicle that there was a new car with only 40+ miles on it that was just brought in from another dealer and it had not even been cleaned yet. Camry 2020 XSE Black with Red interior, my wife and I sat in it and fell in love with it immediately, Jonathan went to go get the keys and we went for a test run. Needless to say later that night we agreed on a deal for the vehicle, and it was nice I was not harassed or pushed into a deal. Jonathan answered all my questions and that which he did not know he was honest about it. I got a really nice trade in for my current Camry 2017 that had just under 80,000 miles on it, which by the way still gave me a trade in value a little over 10,000 that is the value of Camry's as long as you take care of them with the regular maintenance there usually is no problems. Over all experience EXCELLENT, Jonathan is the best rep I have worked with, and if it comes time to more vehicles from this dealership I hope Jonathan is still there so I can deal only with him. Very fast turn around time on this deal, they only had that Black Camry on the lot for 6 HOURS, it felt very fortuitous that our Camry would be delivered that same day and I took the car home the next morning. SWEEEEET, I love the way it looks so sexy in my parking spot, it is a little longer and wider than the 2017 Camry SE That i had and it has EVERYTHING i need in it in order to be safer out on the road. More
