There is a truck we’ve had our eye on at this dealership for about a month now. On a Sunday we went to look at it and there was a sign on it as “ sale pending” . Then a couple weeks later we saw it back on for about a month now. On a Sunday we went to look at it and there was a sign on it as “ sale pending” . Then a couple weeks later we saw it back on the site for about $28000. Then we got a notice the price dropped again to 27,724.00. Today it is up to 31,000. My thoughts - “ they're planning on takIng advantage of the Coronavirus Stimulus package” Not a company we’ll choose to do business with anytime soon! More

I bought a Kia soul from Michelle Duchow. She was very friendly and helpful. But the manager Victor was VERY high strung and rather annoying trying to be funny. Horrible experience Looked online for a vehicle. Quoted prices were listed online with mileage etc. Rav was quoted at 18436. Was very interested in 2 vehicles. A Subaru Looked online for a vehicle. Quoted prices were listed online with mileage etc. Rav was quoted at 18436. Was very interested in 2 vehicles. A Subaru Forrester and a Rav 4 hybrid used cars. Was sent an email to come out and test drive the cars the next morning. Received a call early next morning from Bob, who said the Subaru was sold last night. I get it, first come kinda thing. Went to test drive the Rav 4. Bob had it ready to go. Test drove it and loved it. Back to the office for paperwork. I figured add 2000, for tax, title, license, fees. So about 21000 maximum. Comes back to me with a listed price sheet of 28039. I was shocked. When I added it up with fees, taxes, license, some weird accessories thing and another strange fee it totaled 27000. They couldn’t explain where the extra 1000 came from. I still said, nope, why would it quote something online and be wso far off at the dealership. I told him the price I was willing to pay maximum and Bob still came back with a price of 25475. I was very upset. I loved the car and even increased my maximum. They insulted me one last time with a price of 25400. Walked out fuming. They really didn’t seem to care. Never an explanation as to the price difference from online. Never again Toyota of Racine on Highway 20 and interstate 94. Looking further into reviews after this happened to me, I found others about this dealership that had the same exact experience. More
