Front Brakes When I arrived for my appointment I was asked to take a seat and someone would come and get me. I waited for 30 minutes before a service rep came. I was very disappointed as I had made an appointment over 2 weeks earlier. An extra service was added to my service order which I did not ask for or need. As a single woman I count on my female service rep to ensure I am not taken advantage of. That is a huge reason why I insist on using a woman. Take the time to explain why I need the service and how it will improve or help maintain my car. My loyalty will continue if I feel my best interest is yours also. I no longer trust that you won’t push work on me that doesn’t need to be done. Truly a lost opportunity. More

Better than expected I visited a different car dealership earlier that day had picked out the vehicle I wanted and decided to stop in the Toyota dealership explained what I visited a different car dealership earlier that day had picked out the vehicle I wanted and decided to stop in the Toyota dealership explained what vehicle I intended to purchase and asked if they would beat the trade price interest or vehicle price, convinced I’d get the runaround why I should purchase a different vehicle test drive a different car or why I should purchase from them at the same deal as the other dealership. To my surprise they actually listened to me I gave them the paperwork quotes and offers from the other dealership and they asked me what color 4Runner I wanted within an hour they exceeded my expectations not once did they offer me a test drive of a vehicle I wasn’t interested in and we’re able to offer me a better interest price. The 2 gentlemen who helped me were absolutely amazing at listening and responding to my needs and wants. This is the very first Toyota I’ve ever purchase and couldn’t have been more pleased. 2 of my children are in the market for new vehicles and plan on visiting this dealership as well More
