Great but a very longggg wait! We got to the dealership at 5:15 because we had an appointment at 5:30 to look at 2 vehicles we had picked out. The vehicles were not ready for us as We got to the dealership at 5:15 because we had an appointment at 5:30 to look at 2 vehicles we had picked out. The vehicles were not ready for us as promised but the was fine! Our salesman, Calvin was very nice and friendly but he had no idea we had set this up before hand! We were happy with the price we paid but we were very upset on how long it took. We finally got our name called at 10:30 pm to go see the finance guy Aaron! Since we were paying cash it went very fast for us. But being there for 5 hours was ridiculous! We seriously thought of cancelling the whole deal. My husband had to walk to Burger King to get something to eat as we hadn't had dinner yet! All being said we love your dealership but we thought we would of at least been offered some kind of incentive or coupon or something for spending our evening there! More

Great experience! I initially visited the dealership to test drive the Toyota Rav4. Blaine was super helpful and made the test drive experience unforgettable. He was ve I initially visited the dealership to test drive the Toyota Rav4. Blaine was super helpful and made the test drive experience unforgettable. He was very attuned to my requirements and very effective at addressing my questions and concerns. Since I didn't like the Rav4 and had liked the Honda HR-V I asked Blaine if there was anything he could do to help me get a used Honda HR-V. Blaine quickly went into action and within 15 minutes had partnered with the Honda dealership and got a car for me to test drive right away. The car met all of my requirements and Blaine worked behind the scenes to make this a seamless shopping experience for me. Within 24hs we got the paperwork done and I was driving my new car. Blaine went above a beyond to understand my needs as a customer. He has an unusual level of empathy and is very effective at putting the dealership resources at the service of the customer. I hope that I can buy all of my cars from Blaine and hope more people have the opportunity to enjoy the car buying experience that Blaine delivers. Thank you Blaine! More
