He was very attuned to my requirements and very effective at addressing my questions and concerns. Since I didn't like the Rav4 and had liked the Honda HR-V I asked Blaine if there was anything he could do to help me get a used Honda HR-V. Blaine quickly went into action and within 15 minutes had partnered with the Honda dealership and got a car for me to test drive right away. The car met all of my requirements and Blaine worked behind the scenes to make this a seamless shopping experience for me. Within 24hs we got the paperwork done and I was driving my new car. Blaine went above a beyond to understand my needs as a customer. He has an unusual level of empathy and is very effective at putting the dealership resources at the service of the customer. I hope that I can buy all of my cars from Blaine and hope more people have the opportunity to enjoy the car buying experience that Blaine delivers. Thank you Blaine! More
