Mistreatment My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was ge My wife took our car in for service. She was told the belt was bad and it would cost $204 to fix. That is completely false and it was clear she was getting taken advantage of. I had to call to figure out why such a simple project would cost so much. They dropped the rate , but if I didn’t call she would have been paying double what this work costs. She ended up spending 3 hours at the dealer. Because of this we will not be bringing our vehicles back. If I can’t trust a place to treat my wife as they would treat me then they do not deserve our business. More

During our purchasing experience they did everything possible to make sure that my family felt comfortable. Working with Blaine and Warren was a great experience. They were very straightforward and very clear about what they were able to offer us. Two days after our purchase my vehicle experienced an issue that neither I nor the dealership knew about. The dealership worked with me and stood behind what they had sold me. My vehicle is currently being fixed free of charge. The response I received from the dealership concerning my vehicle issue was commendable. Thank you to all the staff at Racine Toyota. More
Keep losing my ball cover at your courtesy car wash Six month service. Not much work required on the vehicle. Highly recommended! I bought my new Tacoma at Racine Toyota, as well as my last one.
