Usually a great service experience but last time the cover plate for drain plug was attached with only one bolt. Had that corrected at service. Got vehicle back this time after service to find a miss cover plate for drain plug was attached with only one bolt. Had that corrected at service. Got vehicle back this time after service to find a missing valve stem cap and the other 3 loose. I do not pay for a brand new vehicle to be missing parts. More
