Went in for routine maintenance I went in for routine maintenance but ended up changing brake pads and rotors and cooling system fluid exchanges which resulted in a big bill. I have always taken my car to the Racine Toyota, thinking they know exactly what car needs and how to make repairs. My only concern is that service managers are just looking for work to be tacked on that may not actually be needed at the time. Customers like me who know nothing about car repairs, must trust the people at Toyota to be honest about what is needed. Thanks for having coffee available and after reading the instructions, I finally figured out how to get water out of that dispenser!! I will continue to use your services. Thanks. More

Calvin was a great salesman!! I was looking for a Camry Hybrid LE and we stopped in to check on the availability. Calvin was very professional and friendly. Although they didn't have the exact model I was looking for, he found us an XLE and we took a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the features. Calvin was one in a million, not your tipical pushy salesman. If the dealer had the Hybrid I was looking for I would have bought it from Calvin.
