Pushy Very pushy staff members. Felt like no body was really listening to me at all. I went in there not wanting to purchase a vehicle then they showed me a vehicle I had no interes Felt like no body was really listening to me at all. Then when I was agreeable for monthly payments and pushed to take a warranty. I said that I didn't want a monthly payment that increases with the warranty and I stated that I didn't even want to buy a different vehicle coming in to the dealership but they were able to work numbers out. Then her response was 'well I you are buying a car so are you going to do it or not'. More

My adviser (Kendall? ) at the garage was great. I give her a 5. However, this was my first 5000 mile service for my vehicle. My tires were rotated. As soon as I drove off, ) at the garage was great. All tire psi was set at 39-40. Not sure why the technician let air out of all the tires, especially with the cold weather. I like the air pressure at 44-45psi. More
