If you know what you want to buy, they can work with you via email to communicate. After I narrowed down my choice of vehicle, it was just a matter of seeing it and test driving. Calvin was our salesperson and he was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable. There really was no negotiating on the costs since that was quoted to me via email. I was also able to bring in a lower quote which they were able to match plus 10% off the difference. This dealership was clean and close to the highway. I will come back for my next purchase on a Toyota. Thanks Heidi for your follow up with me, Arron for making the process easy and streamlined and of course, Calvin for your patience in making sure we were taken care of. More
