Polite service although the up-selling & exaggeration about needing a new engine and cabin air filter was a huge turn-off. I installed new ones and knew I wouldn’t need those. Had a great experience with our purchase. We pretty much knew what we wanted when we arrived. We bought the car after a good test drive. Overall, the experience was good and worthy of the 5 stars. But there were a few areas that could be improved. Foremost, was that I felt we knew the vehicle better than our salesperson. I know it's hard to know everything about every vehicle, but I expected more. She was very helpful and we looked up features on YouTube together. Once we decided to purchase, the paperwork took 2.5 hours. We arrived at 6:30, got to our test drive around 7:00, and told them we wanted to purchase at 8:30. Then we didn't leave until after 11:00. Everyone was helpful along the way and I'm glad they took time to answer our questions, but it would have been great if the process were more streamlined. More
