Transmission shutter Had dealership looking into the transmission shutter that has been occur. They drove the car 3 miles and brought it back and said no issues. Wasting my time was bad enough, but when I returned home I found out that they pooped the hood and didn’t close it when they were down. Disappointing considering I felt the shutter on the way home from my appointment. Will not return. More

Bad experience Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and the person who worked on my vehicle forgot to tighten my lug nuts to the point were my tire was shaking Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and the person who worked on my vehicle forgot to tighten my lug nuts to the point were my tire was shaking on the way to work.and seen a newer vehicle that I liked that was well priced only to find out after 4 hours that they had priced it wrong and wouldn't sell the vehicle at the price they had it at. Horrible service after speaking with the manager about the price of the vehicle and the situation with my vehicle. Toyota lost a loyal customer today. More

When I arrived, I was offered either a Rav4 or a Camry. There was no Sienna available even though I was promised one. I had to squeeze my children into a small car. I also found it odd that there were significant differences in suggested maintenance from Saturday to Wednesday. More
