I am sorry we did not make it clear what the Toyota Care Service intervals are. Please be sure the last thing we would want to do is inconvenience you. It is very important to rotate the tires every 5,000 miles to prolong tire life and optimize gas economy. Please let us know if we could be of assistance in the future.
