Very unprofessional a didn’t like his attitude when he talked to me! Everytime I go in I get him. He’s definitely always trying to sell me something when my car doesn’t need it!! I would put zero if I could. They called me in the am to ask me to schedule a 20,000 mile service. I checked it's free and it will take an hour. So we wasted an hour of your time and gas to drive her and back only to say sorry we screwed up. Nothing to make it right on my side, just a straight ope. I'll never go back here, this was garbage. Their mistake and a waste of time and money for me so a shrug and a sorry. More
