Oil pan drain valve was installed incorrectly. Was lied to and told it was “made of paper and it tore”. Leaked oil all over my driveway. Another time, my tires were NOT rotated. Yet another time, conventional motor oil was put in. Yet ANOTHER time, the maintenance timer was not reset. And yet another, other time, the fluids were not topped off. For $125 an hour and 200% MSRP mark up on parts, I expect better from the largest automobile company in the world. More
