I am not the type to leave a negative review, but I unfortunately didn’t leave here feeling like they had the best customer service. I went in first for an oil change, they checked my car because it wa unfortunately didn’t leave here feeling like they had the best customer service. I went in first for an oil change, they checked my car because it was shaking and informed me I needed new tires. Took it in again the following week for tires, they called and said they didn’t come in. No big deal, it happens. It is hard for me to get rides so I asked for a rental and at those first two they didn’t have one available for me. I took it back again the following week, and they assured me I’d have a rental. I got there and they had given it away, but Brian accommodated by letting me use his personal work car. Which was very nice, but he wasn’t happy about it, atleast his body language and tone didn’t seem that way. That’s always the same feel I get from him anytime I chat with him, and is rude to employees while I’m there. When I went to pick up my car, the tires I had asked for weren’t even put on my car. When my husband called to ask they said they told me. They did tell me they’d be switching who they purchase tires from, but I specifically asked if they were the exact same tire and the answer was yes. If the answer was no, I would have at least chatted with my husband first regarding if that is the route we wanted to take. I didn’t appreciate them saying they told me, when they did not. $1200 is a big deal. And I don’t feel like the customer service was there. There are many there that are great, but this experience and past service experiences have been less than. I unfortunately won’t be returning just due to multiple things bothering me about all experiences there, especially the customer service. More
