We had our liftgate repaired upon calling to make spot because of the covid19 we were told we would get a loaner car to hangout in while our car was looked at. After “hanging out” in the loaner car for 2 because of the covid19 we were told we would get a loaner car to hangout in while our car was looked at. After “hanging out” in the loaner car for 2 hours after scheduled appointment we called and were told our car hadn’t even been looked at yet. We were then told that the person who had checked us in originally should have told us that the loaner was so they had more time to look at it and this person apologized for the mix up. Original person that checked us in was Chris but can’t remember who I talked to except I think it was Candace or Connie or something like that. The second person was SO helpful and I couldn’t help thinking that Chris was so short and hurried and I basically felt she was pushing us out the door. The second person I talked to then told me she would call me right back as she was going to go back to the service depot herself and ask if our car could be next. She called me right back and told us our car would be next and she apologized again and that someone would get back to us today about what was wrong although it might be a couple Hours. I told her that would be fine as long as I knew up front More

Very very good experience. I highly recommend Zimbrick Nissan service Dept. My first contact was with Dave the service manager. After I explained my issue to him, he confidently told me that they would lo Nissan service Dept. My first contact was with Dave the service manager. After I explained my issue to him, he confidently told me that they would locate and fix the oil leak. I took my truck in this week and they did just what they said. The leak is fixed.
