Was traveling through Madison and experienced trouble with my car. So on a Thursday afternoon, without an appointment, I went to Zimbrick and prayed they would be able to help me. This is the 2nd time i've been to Zimbrick VW of Madison and i've had great service both times. Based on initial discussions, I was concerned that they weren't going to service my vehicle under the warran and i've had great service both times. Based on initial discussions, I was concerned that they weren't going to service my vehicle under the warranty, but in the end they did. They also gave me a list of other issues that I should consider addressing and washed the car to boot. Rob was very friendly, and I assume he is why the work ended up being covered under the warranty - so big thanks to him. And I recall Casey being the person I worked with the first time, and he was great as well. I normally get my car serviced at a VW shop down the street from my home, but if they ever go out of business, based on my experience to date, i'd definitely consider making Zimbrick the place I go.
