zimbrick east is friendly and a good communicator. They gouge service customers at every turn. I was quoted 1400 dollars for 2 control arms installed not including allignment. I hate to do this but I would recommend that you avoid this Dealership and take your service needs elsewhere. I recently had my 2013 tdi passat in to Zimbrick VW Madison for a plugged heater core (warran this Dealership and take your service needs elsewhere. I recently had my 2013 tdi passat in to Zimbrick VW Madison for a plugged heater core (warranty) and a DTC PO111. After some back and forth, I only agreed to the suggested repairs (above and beyond what I brought the car there for) because I felt my VIN would be "Red flagged" and future warranty related failures would be denied if I didn't agree to the suggested repairs. I firmly believe this is a phishing technique they use to increase revenue. 11 days later and $2518.95 bill paid, drove my car home, next day drove to the gas station and the check engine (MIL) light came on at this point I have only put on 41 miles since the original repair order was written up at Zimbrick on Jan. 10th. I scanned it when I got home and the PO111 was back along with a PO26A and 2 heater related codes. I won't go back, "fool me once, shame on you" , "fool me twice, shame on me" More
