Purchase 4 tires I was a little disappointed compared to past experience. There was no information about the warranty on these tires even though when I purchase the sa I was a little disappointed compared to past experience. There was no information about the warranty on these tires even though when I purchase the same tires 3 years ago John Mather clearly explained the warranty to me. I spent 1100.00 dollars on the tires and was not offered a car wash. There is a charge on the invoice for $15.00 for “Customer Pay Shop Supplies for Repair.” What is this on top of $1100.00? Lastly I was told it would probably be about 2.5 hours so when I had heard nothing at over 4 hours I called and left a message and was finally called back and told the car was ready. Again this was just a little disappointing compared to my other visit to the dealer. More
