Body shop was disappointing, lack of communication. The service and communication I get from the service department is always top notch. I've worked with Joe on the last several times my car was there. The service and communication I get from the service department is always top notch. I've worked with Joe on the last several times my car was there. This time my car was transferred to the body shop, on Joe's recommendation, and he was spot on in doing so. The work done on the car is good, as far as I can tell. Most of the work is not visible because of the way the damage happened to the car. The front bumper assembly doesn't line up perfectly with the fender, but I don't expect perfection. That's not the problem. The communication from the body shop left more than a little to be desired. I had to call multiple times to get updates. Once when I answered my phone, the person was possibly singing to the radio? Not sure. The communication and service was disappointing. No one walked out to the car with me or explained the work that was done, neither on the phone or in person. The bill was not explained to me. I was merely told how much I owed and that my car should be outside either on this side or that side of the building. I was disappointed. I've always got such excellent service out of the service department that I thought it would be the same or similar from the body shop. It was like night and day. I would not bring my car to be worked on in the body shop again. More
