Awesome car, but not detailed before I drove away I love my new car! I was just extremely bummed that the car I leased was the floor model and it was in no way detailed/cleaned before I drove it away. I love my new car! I was just extremely bummed that the car I leased was the floor model and it was in no way detailed/cleaned before I drove it away. Also, I didn’t even get a full tank of gas. There was a 1/4 left. I let Matt know the day before when I was coming in to sign. I really thought he would have given me an awesome signing experience by making sure the car was in supreme condition, especially considering my last lease with Matt he was going to let me drive away with a big gash in the bumper if my father and I hadn’t noticed. I felt again like I was just an end of the month sale. However, my time with Erin and Kyle was great. They were so helpful in showing me the app all car features. More

I called to ask a question and ended up talking to Dave, who remembered us. He let me know of a couple CR-V's , that we might be interested in. We stopped by and Dave had the one he thought we would like ,out front. We did like it . I told him what I thought would be a fair price, and they came back at just 60 dollars difference. Anthony was great at getting my wife her disabled plates. We were in and out, in 1 1/2 hours. No pressure and a very relaxed atmosphere. . More

felt as if I was overcharged for simple diagnostic test I was charged $150 for a diagnostic test. This is too expensive in my opinion. Scheduling Normally I have no issues with Service, however, this time after making my appointment on line, I received a call and the scheduler changed my appoint Normally I have no issues with Service, however, this time after making my appointment on line, I received a call and the scheduler changed my appointment to 4:15 on Monday afternoon. When I arrived, I was told that the last appointment any day is 3:30. So I had left work early only to have to reschedule the appointment again.
