When I came in to the dealership - we first found a handful of cars that met my budget and wants/needs. He then allowed me to test drive them all, no time limit, no push or rush. Just was able to drive them and get a feel for each vehicle. After those 5, I came back in not sold on any of them. Gregg did a second search and we found a couple more for me to drive. All the while, never pushing me to choose or pressuring me to make a decision. After the second go-round I had landed on the car. The checkout was quick and easy and next thing I knew I was driving my new (used) car off the lot! Overall great experience. More
