Replacement of flat tire. Last minute notice. I love being part of the Zimbrick family!! Tom was great, providing comprehensive advice and service when I called first thing in the morning. He was also accommodating and was able to fit me in during the afternoon so I could get this resolved. He was also very friendly when I arrived and called me to let me know recommendations and then when the car was ready. He even went above and beyond and called an uber to pick me up at 5 pm from work (the uber that I ordered never came :( ). So, all in all, great customer service!! As a woman, I always appreciate the friendly customer service and comprehensive explanations, given that I don't know much about cars. Now if they could just do something about designing a car that is woman-sized, rather than man-sized!! Also, my brother-in-law, Dave Moderow works at Zimbrick and that is why I shop and get maintenance at Zimbrick. Shout out to Dave. I think he was the top salesman again last year!!
