Disorganized First time using Zimbrick Fish Hatchery's service center with a scheduled appointment (first time owning a Honda) and when I arrived, several employee First time using Zimbrick Fish Hatchery's service center with a scheduled appointment (first time owning a Honda) and when I arrived, several employees simply walked by me and didn't even offer to help. Then those employees who were currently working with a customer took the time to say "I will be right with you". At that point, a woman had taken my keys and told me to go express, as if I knew what that meant. I then went into what I would assume was the CSR area only to have more people looking at me but not offering to assist. Finally I asked where express was and what that meant... someone was finally able to help me. I felt clueless the entire time I was in service... for an oil change of all things. I was then informed that I would need a new windshield wiper due to my driver side one breaking thanks to the recent snow storm (I mentioned this to the service adviser as I've changed my wipers a few times in the past and something seemed off about my driver side wiper) and agreed to order the new blade at $40 and that the part was not in stock but would be here the follow day around lunch time. I re-arranged my work schedule to have all of my meetings in the morning so I had better availability to go get the new windshield wiper part and have them install in but never received a phone call. Only to leave work after the service center was closed and there was now snow to deal with. I did not receive a single phone call regarding the part, whether it be in or delayed. After driving all the way home on the beltline with only visibility out of my passenger side (as they took my driver side wiper completely off), I stopped at farm n fleet and got my own windshield wiper and installed myself. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and service at Zimbrick Fish Hatchery. Will continue my service at Grand Canyon Drive from now on. Hoping for better service at that location. More

Zimbrick HONDA is our go to dealer for new cars as well as all the servicing needed. We really like how they will call us after service is completed to explain what they did and make recommendations for an as all the servicing needed. We really like how they will call us after service is completed to explain what they did and make recommendations for any necessary repair. They do not insist on services that are not critical or safety related. More

I like them so much, I just keep buying Honda vehicles so I always have a good experience at the Zimbrick Honda Service Dept. on Fish Hatchery Road. I like them so much, I just keep buying Honda vehicles so I don't have to change where I get my car serviced. And Honda makes great vehicles, so that helps too. More
This was a great experience! Usually I hate car shopping because everyone is so pushy, but this was enjoyable. Zahid made it painless and I didn’t feel pressured. I have always wanted to buy a Honda, my experience makes me never want to go anywhere else. The only downside is that I never received a second set of keys, apparently they were misplaced so I have to have a key made. This is not a huge deal, just a minor inconvenience. Overall I would recommended Zimbrick Honda, this was a smooth and easy transition for me, and everyone was very nice to work with. More
