Scheduled an appointment for a warranty issue 2 weeks in advance.they had full knowledge of what needed to be done. Tech was in training til mid week so no one could work on vehicle. I would like to recommend that if you put something on the engine or underneath part of the car that you are made it responsible for the cleanup. Every time I go out for an oil change there is oil leaking the engine or underneath part of the car that you are made it responsible for the cleanup.
