SERVICE VISIT

Had my Van for 2 1/2 months. It was hard getting in touch with the receptionist about my the status of my car. She never returned my phone calls I would leave her voicemails and It was hard getting in touch with the receptionist about my the status of my car. She never returned my phone calls I would leave her voicemails and messages with the front desk. I had called several times and still no response. Had to show up to the dealership to get any information about my van. Having my van there that whole time put a halt to things I had to do with my children. I have a daughter battling leukemia and that was our transportation to her doctor appointments so I would have to pay for rides or get a Lyft or Uber to get around. I didn’t appreciate the service I was giving like I didn’t matter at all. More
