I brought our new Jeep in for warranty work. Check in with Jessica (?- blond hair) was normal. She seemed even more irritated when she realized I had no clue where to find my Jeep in the literal “sea of Jeeps” at your dealership. I am a new buyer at Zimmer, so had no clue where you kept the “repaired” vehicles. Your colleague was quite irritated to even have to explain the directions. More

I was in to get new tires the service was great and the price was the same at the big tire stores!
