Just one incident that bugged me recently, bought tires here and went in for my 3rd or so rotation and was told the rotation wasn't completed because of a bent rim that wouldn't balance with zero impact is here and went in for my 3rd or so rotation and was told the rotation wasn't completed because of a bent rim that wouldn't balance with zero impact issues, which tells me it would have been bent from day one. I was charged $70 for a balance that couldn't be achieved evidently and still didn't get the rotation I was originally going in for. Since this was a day one issue they should have just proactively rotated the tires. I will just have to turn around and schedule another appointment and another hour and a half of waiting. This is just one incident and not my typical view of their past work. More
