I was referred to Zimmer Dodge by a friend. I was very skeptical at first after having 2 bad experiences with other Cinci-area dealers in the past. One was a nightmare during the buying process in tri cou skeptical at first after having 2 bad experiences with other Cinci-area dealers in the past. One was a nightmare during the buying process in tri county and the other in ft Thomas refused to repair a motor under warranty. The entire crew at Zimmer made the process easy. I was able to come in and get drive a cpl vehicles. Spent about an hour and half before finding the right truck for me. But I ran out if time and had to go to work. Their team took my info and had financing and paperwork read by cob that day. I was able to come in the next day and sign paperwork and roll out with my shiny new truck in about 30 mins. From salesman to GM they were easy to work with and didn't try to push me into a more expensive vehicle...one that I may not be able to afford. It was worth driving 30 mins out of my way across the river to buy new vehicle. I would recommend Zimmer for your next car purchase. More

When I mentioned that my key was not working properly they suggested I try having a additional problems to be checked in a future visit were noted.
