very poor service, and they lie and steal your money. i have this car that im having problems with.. they had my car for two weeks the first time got it back same problem.. sevice department we have had all oil changed by this dealer the last time in there they stripped out the threads on the oil pan, so they had to replace the pan, then t we have had all oil changed by this dealer the last time in there they stripped out the threads on the oil pan, so they had to replace the pan, then they turn around and billed Chrysler for there screw up. now we had it in there for ignition recall, three times since it was replaced beginning of july 2015 and this is july 18 we turned the key on nothing happens, we jiggle the key and it will start, In the mean time the dealer is calling us leaving messages that the recall part is in which has already been replaced. so we tell them about the problem and he precedes to tell me that they are going to charge me for a diagnostic charge. Of course they will never except that they messed up again. For this reason if you buy a auto or truck from them do yourself a favor and take it to another dealer for repairs More
