The sales rep we met at ZF listened to my needs, specifically an automobile that was easily accessible for me with my physical challenges and within a budget allowance. He picked three cars for us to test drive, all met the basic requirements. He didn't just hop us around from one car to another, especially ones not in our budget margins. I purchased a Kia Soul that day. Tim and his crew have taken good care of maintenance and repairs since purchase, going above and beyond to make the customer experience exceptional.
