I visited Zumbrota Ford last week to look at a specific vehicle. For personal reasons, I ended up not purchasing the vehicle...however I could not have had a better experience! My salesman, Todd, started out asking what my criteria and goals for the day were. He met, or exceeded every one of them! He, and the finance people, worked so hard to help me get my car. Like I said, it was for personal reasons I chose not to purchase it...But the ZF staff went way above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and feel like I really mattered..I wasn’t just a sale to them. After I made the decision not to purchase, one of the owners even came out and asked if there was anything else they could do to help me. I will be back in the near future to get a vehicle...I won’t shop anywhere else!! More

Hi, My name is Brenda H. I came into get an oil change yesterday May 20,2020. First of all, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by Theresa right when I walked in the door.😊 She took my name yesterday May 20,2020. First of all, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a Hello by Theresa right when I walked in the door.😊 She took my name and keys and then looked me up and couldn't find my Chevy Traverse that I purchased in the system. She found my other vechile I purchased through there. She went in the system and updated all the information. She was busy helping others and answering phone calls and she still took time to answer my questions. I had went to tell her about my burnt out for my left blinker and Tim had said already taken care of😊 I also asked about trying to add my phone to this car do I could use this feature. This was a used car and the previous owners never took there numbers out of the system and it was at max capacity for phone numbers. She apologized and said she is familiar with Fords, but she suggested right away I call Groover they are a Chevy dealership and they would be happy to help me. Then when it came time to check out Tim was Happy to Assist me, because Theresa was assisting another customer that came in and answering the phone. Tim was very friendly and also greeted me with a smile. He took time to explain the work that was done and let me know everything was good on the car.
