Came in to see Todd F. He got me set up with my dude Adam. Honestly within the first hour I wasn't exactly happy with the options in front of me, I wasn't a particularly easy customer either. Over the course of 6 hours, many different options put on and taken off the table, looking at multiple cars, and test driving a couple too, I was able to find a car that fit my needs. Poor Adam. He was a real trooper with me all day. I was able to take the car elsewhere to get trusted honest opinions outside of a dealership before signing my name for anything which was really unexpected. After making a final decision Brian took me over all my finance options with outstanding charm, and also helped me feel a little more comfortable with the decision as I've never had a car loan! I left feeling exhausted, but accomplished. Couldn't have done it without you guys! Thank you! More
