I had to have a few things repaired on my vehicle, he made sure I had a vehicle to use while mine was in the shop and kept me informed every step of the way. I even had an unexpected repair that needed to be done. By then it was all becoming a bit overwhelming. He reassured me that they would help me anyway they can. Being a sales person myself--- I thought ok.... sure in my head as he was saying that over the phone but when he said that he just wants to make sure this is the safest vehicle for my son and I to be in, thats when I knew that they are not just in it a buck that they really do care.
