Nothing but 5 stars for Todd and Chris at Zumbrota Ford! I told Todd exactly what I was looking for and he pulled up a 2020 F150. From walk around to test drive, Todd was able to answer all of my quest I told Todd exactly what I was looking for and he pulled up a 2020 F150. Liars! It's been almost a year now and I still get upset when I think about it. I came in during their wonderful sale, push, pull , drag, we'll give you $20 It's been almost a year now and I still get upset when I think about it. I came in during their wonderful sale, push, pull , drag, we'll give you $2000 for your trade, no matter what condition. In small print it said you had to purchase a vehicle over $7000, no problem. The truck I wanted was priced a wee bit above it. I left there in a car I hate, I still hate it to this day. I also did NOT receive $2000 trade in, I was told if he did that, we would increase the car I'm buying by that much. Wow, I couldn't believe they admit to that. Then he refused to show me the vehicle I wanted, kept telling me I wouldn't qualify. I asked him to try anyway, I told him to try my credit on several vehicles. A few weeks later, you get a copy of the report that was run on what vehicle. Well guess what, he only did the one vehicle. I was so upset, but I needed a new car. I felt I was pressured into it. I will never go back. Let me add, they tried to call me about the whole ordeal, left a message and I called back and they never returned my call. All sounds like lawsuit to me. More
