Shout out to the Zumbrota Ford crew! I recieved a notification in my Ford Pass app, stating there was a recall on my 2019 Fusion. Bud got me checked in and I was able to relax in their lounge. About an hour later, i was on my way again. Instantly when I walked in, I was greeted by Ryan and promptly followed-up by him and Todd while in the breakroom. They were super friendly, open to my needs and were super helpful. I was open to options, even though my heart was set on just buying the Ford Escape I was leasing (I form bonds with my vehicles :D). They mentioned they might be able to get me into a newer similar vehicle with fewer miles and more coverage in terms of warranties. They did immense leg work on numerous scenarios, keeping my needs and desires in mind. I was there for several hours for the entire process, but honestly, it felt like minutes because of how stupendously top-notch the Zumbrota Ford team runs! Not only did they put my anxiety at ease (without even knowing it), they made the experience the best I've ever had purchasing a vehicle.
