New Escape! This is our 2nd vehicle we bought here at zumbrota ford in the past 3 months. We walked in and Dara greeted us and made us feel right at home! I have him a budget and he found the perfect escape for me. He showed me multiple options, but I was impressed he listened to all my wants and needs and found a vehicle that had everything! I love the heated steering and all of the other comfort features. He explained how everything worked and even invited in my husband in to bring his f150 to get a second demonstration done since he still had some questions about it! I recommend going to Dara. Every salesman there is great but he was the best one there in my opinion. He was super helpful, patient, transparent, and wonderful. His personality was great. And just super outgoing. Even when things didnt look so well he hung in there and promised he'd make it work. The first day we were there, there was some hiccups. We couldn't get it done. Dara hung in there and got us approved over the next couple days!! We now have a 2017 Ford Explorer. He even paid for our food on saturday then once again thursday he got us 2 cases of modelo!! I've never experienced customer service like that before. More

We stepped out of our parked car and headed to the door, we didn’t know which door. Conveniently enough there was a team member walking in and assisted us with the correct door for our visit (also held the we didn’t know which door. I vividly remember him telling us that we were going to be in great hands with Theresa and he was right about that! Theresa treated us with the best hospitality while checking our car in for replacement parts. Speedy and sweet. She made us feel a part of the zumbrota ford family. The next day we received a courtesy call that our vehicle was completed and to our surprise there was Theresa again to assist us. While this was the first time we had to bring our car in for something like this we would surely be comfortable bringing our car back in the future knowing we would have another warm welcome from Theresa. She’s the best! More
