This trip was a “spur of the moment” find and no matter how unexpected, the staff was as helpful as ever. We received a great trade in value and the little extras (“spin of the wheel” prize; return customer bonus) were unexpected (and welcomed). We can honestly say that Tom, our “rookie”, has been in good hands with training, as we caught him on his first day out on the lot and he was very friendly and helpful, which reflects on the type of team atmosphere he has been working in. Our team (Tom, Justin, Chris and Jared) couldn’t have been more engaging or accommodating. They were supportive throughout the entire process, even giving us a tour of the new showroom and shop! Yes, they were all happy to sell a truck obviously, but it was easy to tell that they were enjoying their jobs, not just “doing” the job. We never imagined having this group volunteer to move work tools from the old truck to the new truck without a blink of an eye – joking and smiling the entire time. And even though we were still on site after hours, Justin and Tom stuck with us and showed us different features on our new vehicle along with providing their cards saying “call us anytime”. This definitely is our “go to” dealership and we will be recommending to all as this was the same experience we had with our previous trip (where they went out and found the truck/options we were looking for since it wasn’t available on the lot).
