Great Local Experience Working with Todd and Ryan was great. The entire process was laid back, but they still wanted to sell a vehicle obviously. I am in college and wanted an upgrade on my vehicle. I sold the old Jeep I was driving on Craigslist and found a car I loved while we were just driving by. Ended up calling scheduling a test drive. Ryan came on the test drive with me and encouraged me to drive like I would on any other test drive. After I got back they came up with numbers and didn’t pressure me at all. They had a prize wheel to spin after your purchase as well and I ended up winning free whether techs for the car as well. Overall very pleased with my car and how smooth it worked. The Staff of this Dealership was Top Notch--Very Helpful. The Salesman they gave us answered all our questions & was so very helpful. Went out of his way to wait on us. While we waited, were offered Popcorn-Coffe, Hot Choc, Pop. The Showroom was set up very nicely--lots of desks & chairs. It was also clean & so were the bathrooms. Zumbrota Ford had many specials when we bought the car. Plus -- They had Spin The Wheel--& guess what I won--The Free TV-- Thank-You Very Much. We enjoyed our day--in buying our Car!--- PS--It's beautiful, clean, runs as smooth as can be & the people that have seen it-love it! Thank-You Again--- More

He had us out of there and on our way home with our new vehicle super fast! Regarding bringing in the vehicle for repairs, we live many miles away so we'd have to get servicing done at Dave Syverson Ford in Albert Lea. P.S Only one thing that's missing, well, I guess two things. No step-up to make for easier entering, especially on the passenger side. I'm very short. And no CD player.
