Eric never acted overwhelmed or put out at any questions I had. When I walked into the office Eric had a smiling faced, asked if I needed help, but wasn't pushy about it like car salesmen tend to be. I told him I was looking for a Jeep. He brought me to a Cherokee that just got on, not even a price on it yet. The whole time he was very personavle, smiling, friendly. I left feeling good about the vehicle, the price, and I price I got on my trade in. He made sure I knew now to operate all extras on the new vehicle, helped get my phone connected, and took a picture for me. Overall great experience today!
