An excellent experience Andrew greeted us as we pulled in and got a pretty good handle on what we were looking for. He kept our options open giving us all the time and test driving we needed before making a decision. The credit approval process still took a long time, that hasn't changed over the years. Unfortunately because of the late hour when we finished there wasn't time to learn all the features and gadgets on our Escape. While reasonably tech savvy we are struggling to figure out some of the features. Going to have to schedule an additional time to go in and do this which is somewhat inconvenient. This is the reason for a good rather than excellent rating. More
