I did however end up going to another dealer, only because I wasn't 100% sold on my option and being my first time purchasing I wanted to test drive others and see what my choices were, the other place had more options for me based on my credit and what I had to offer, however their service was nothing compared to Zumbrotas, sadly I couldn't get the type of vehicle I really really wanted with them so I had to choose vehicle choice over service. The people at the other dealership were not nearly as friendly and definitely were not person centered. I absolutely wished I could've had that deal offered at Zumbrota and I would have been sold from the get go, now keep in my mind I ruined my own credit so that's on me! I will be referring people to Zumbrota and to Nate :) Thank you for all your help! More

Great dealership for the single gal who is car clueless! Zumbrota Ford was amazing. I had never purchased from them before. I found a car I liked on their website.. and knew I wanted to test drive it. As a s Zumbrota Ford was amazing. I had never purchased from them before. I found a car I liked on their website.. and knew I wanted to test drive it. As a single gal (I'm sure anybday now Mr Right is coming!) I brought my dad along to look over the car and make sure the car sales people weren't trying to take me to the cleaners. Before dad met me there they welcomed me warmly, treated me with respect, explained the car in it's entirety and started the preliminary paperwork so things would move quickly once I had dad give it the once over. Dad agreed the car was beautiful, great price and were generous on my trade in. I worked with Eric, Nate and Heidi, all so accommodating and pleasant. The week prior I had an awful experience at s dealership and left feeling defeated. This was not the case here. I can't wait to tell all my friends and family about this awesome experience! More
