Perfect, just PERFECT! I went to Zumbrota Ford to just check out their selection, I wasn't set on buying a new vehicle. I left still not 100% and ended up going to Rochester Ford a few days later. Glad I went to Zumbrota first, because if not I would have never stepped foot into a dealership again. Rochester Ford experience was horrible! I ended up going back to Zumbrota and walking out with an incredible F150! Eric, Nate, Chris; everyone was great at Zumbrota. Sales, finance, managment... Exceeded My Expectations! From the moment we walked in the door we felt very welcome-we were greeted warmly by everyone we encountered. I even appreciated the little things like a cup of coffee and some crayon distractions for our little ones. Our salesperson, Nick was a very genuine, down to earth, friendly guy. We felt he wanted to get to know us, and it wasn’t just about selling a vehicle. From what I have learned Zumbrota Ford is a family operated business and it seems like this attitude spills over into how they treat their buyers. Ultimately, we ended up driving off in a vehicle that I love. I still have moments when I approach it in a crowded parking lot and have to think twice if it is mine because it is so nice (I bought it two months ago). In addition, aftercare has been amazing, so I would recommend Zumbrota Ford without hesitation. More

Excellent First-Go-'Round After previously conversing with dealerships, I wasn't expecting much contacting Zumbrota Ford. However... I wasn't pleasantly surprised by the charis After previously conversing with dealerships, I wasn't expecting much contacting Zumbrota Ford. However... I wasn't pleasantly surprised by the charisma Andrew had when he had contacted me after I had sent them a message saying I was interested in making business. Skip forward a few days, and I headed to Zumbrota Ford to find out more. I wasn't expecting fast service, and I surely wasn't expecting to be able to walk out with a new car that same morning either. Andrew was very knowledgeable, and the other employees there were as well. I must mention, the atmosphere there was VERY welcoming, and VERY comfortable to be in. Through Andrew and Kelly (the main power-hitters in my book), it was a fairly quick and easy process to trade-in a car, and get an upgrade. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. I look forward to the future and dealing with them for sure. Needless to say, I've already recommended Zumbrota Ford to several people. I know when they choose to visit, they'll be treated just the way I was - fantastic! More
