Used car purchase went very well My son and I went to Zumbrota Ford after finding a used car online that looked like a good deal. We were met right away as soon as we left our vehicle My son and I went to Zumbrota Ford after finding a used car online that looked like a good deal. We were met right away as soon as we left our vehicle & were taken straight to the salesman Eric that we had spoken to on the phone. He took us out , showed us the car & answered questions we had in a very knowledgeable manner. We then went on a short test drive & returned to go inside to work on the sale. The whole time Eric was polite, and helpful. Todd & Tim were also very friendly & well dressed & mannered. All were very nice well kept & personable young men. Eric walked us through the process, answered our questions & Todd & Tim also worked with us also to complete everything. During a the process, Eric took us on a short tour of their business, while our paperwork was getting taken care of & made sure the process was easy for us. After we closed the deal , he made sure we had everything in order, took a picture of us with the car & sent us off. A well done transaction. I would certainly go there again. I recommend them if you are shopping for a new or used car. More

Best dealership by far I purchased a 2016 Focus RS from this dealership because I was told it would be up to an additional $20,000 over MSRP from every dealership I called o I purchased a 2016 Focus RS from this dealership because I was told it would be up to an additional $20,000 over MSRP from every dealership I called on. Then I remembered that my father and my uncle used to buy cars from Zumbrota Ford when I was a wee lad. I called them and ordered a new car with a small down payment and a handshake! Everybody at the Dealership was so friendly and helpful.....it seemed like it was a real "family" affair. They went over the top, as far as making me happy, from the top person I met right down to Cedric, who detailed my new car. I picked up my car late Saturday evening, and they stayed late for me so I could get my car. Chris helped me with my financing. I came in with a very low rate from my Credit Union and he said he could possibly get me a much better deal. I listened to him, and sure enough he did. My salesman, Drew O'Rourke kept me informed all along this journey and surprised me with a gift of a framed print of my new car, from Ford with my name and vin number on it. This is a very memorable experience for me in a very positive way. I have not had a new car since 1985, which left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will be referring friends and family for years to come to make the drive down to Zumbrota, MN to purchase their next new Ford.
