Terrible They claim to be a dealership "for the people", yet the "people" will need to bring LARGE sums of money as down payments. Look, I'm all for putting mo They claim to be a dealership "for the people", yet the "people" will need to bring LARGE sums of money as down payments. Look, I'm all for putting money down on a vehicle, but when they ask you to put 80% of the value of the vehicle down, why not just spend a couple months saving and buy it outright? Not only that, but when I initially called them for information, I was told that I would get a call back, nope, didn't happen. So, 3 days later, I called again, they apologized and said I would be contacted the same day. Nope, didn't happen. So, a day later I called one last time and told them If I wasn't treated right I would take my business elsewhere. That's when the hilarity ensued. A 2012 Fusion with 80k miles on it for $10k???? Especially when NOT A SINGLE TIRE ON THE CAR MATCHED.... I can get a 2012 Fusion with HALF the miles for $10k. Are you joking? THEN, to put icing on the cake, they wanted $6500 down..... If I had $6500 cash lying around to just throw at a car, I certainly would NOT take out a vehicle loan, I'd just buy a decent $6000 vehicle and be done and own it outright. This dealership is just a bunch of morons taking advantage of the middle and lower class, and the used vehicles they are selling are WAY overpriced. But, I guess when you start down the path of approving people with bad credit, that's the way every dealership like that ends up. I would NEVER recommend going here, nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone I know. More

Awesome sales guy I thought of Zumbrota Ford when I was in trouble with 2 cars and wanting to trade them both in. I knew Keenan from high school and contacted him via F I thought of Zumbrota Ford when I was in trouble with 2 cars and wanting to trade them both in. I knew Keenan from high school and contacted him via Facebook. Keenan had all the paperwork (minus the finance details) lined up when I walked in the door. He did an awesome part on his end finding a what I wanted and a base deal to work with.. When he handed the sale off to another employee I felt more pressured and there was less trust with that employee is why I rate the dealership lower but Keenan was very pleasant to work with. More
